In his 30 years of service with the Natick Police Department, Detective Halloran has distinguished himself for his investigative skills, as well as his ability to build special relationships within the community, increasing the trust between the police and the youth of Natick. He is well known for going the extra mile to make a difference to the youth of Natick – he serves not just as their police officer, but also as a mentor, coach and friend. Award
